Omg! This was so entertaining from start to finish! I loved the inner dialogue and the back and forth banter. Joel Leslie is flawless at accents and other character voices. He was totally Dog and so very Lionel!!!! ?

Simply amazed and utterly astounded, that’s all I’ve to say. I’ve never read read/heard such a story that seemed so short and sweet, but at the same time a lengthy journey worthy of its reward. 10/10 would read again.

I’m completely pulled in by the twists and turns that have befallen, and promise to befall, the Salvatore family. The bedrock of the central relationship serves a wonderful place to build this story, and I’m delighted.

Joel’s accents are always a joy to listen too. He did a wonderful job narrating this book. The story and characters were well developed. I enjoyed the banter between the MC’s and the locals. Overall this is an excellent low angst love story.

A really pleasant surprise! The book deserves the 5 star ratings. The plot isn’t overly complicated and the characters aren’t overly deep, but the book is well written and grabs and keeps your attention. I think I’ll read the next book!!

This was so so good. Low angst, adorable dog, romance, sarcasm and laughter. Can’t get any better. Highly recommend this lovely audiobook. Joel does an amazing narration as usual, and N. R. Walker’s story is lovely.
