One of my favorites!

Review from Lord Mouse →

Great story, engaging and active. Joe Leslie is a great narrator with a rich voice. He manages to keep the characters distinct and visual. I have listened to this multiple times and enjoy it more each time.

Generic fantasy romance =/ I felt like this entire book was balancing off one generic fantasy troupe after the next. It wasn’t incredibly inventive or new or exciting. Perfect

Review from Fame and Fortune →

Loved this story. Joel Leslie was the perfect narrator. The story came a live. I hard a hard time listening to the first book but this one I couldn’t turn it off. Had to listen to it until the end. Can’t wait to listen to the next book.

This was very sweet

Review from The Weight of It All →

This was very sweet. A bit of a simple and straight forward story but nice and enjoyable. I don’t know how often I’ll listen to it or if I’m listen to it again but it was very nice and pleasant and just what I needed so I’m definitely keeping it

All the feels

Review from Inside Out →

This was awesome listen. I read the book when it came out and totally enjoyed it. This audio, however took it to another level. The emotional nature of the narration gave it such a different feel. Loved every second. Aimee Nicole Walker and Joel Leslie are a great duo. Highly recommend.
