Oz was fun, filled with love and affection and I liked it very much. There is no unnecessary descriptions of surroundings and lots of good dialogues in addition to some fun dialogues.I felt the chemistry between Oz and Silas was sizzling from the first moment and builds up from there to a loving and affectionate relationship.I..
First, although this book is the first book in the Blissville series, I highly suggest you read books 1 – 4 of the Curl Up and Dye series first. Unscripted Love is a spin off from that series, and it has overlapping storylines that will make a lot more sense if you read the other..
In a single moment, Oz loses his boyfriend and job when he catches his boyfriend/boss cheating on him. For anyone else, this might be a crushing blow that sends them spiraling, but for Oz, he merely brushes it off and moves on. With irreverent humor, and a lot of charm and charisma, Oz applies, interviews,..
This story and these men choked me up a little at times. They live each other so fiercely and it’s beautiful. The story is lovely, as usual, but I’m most attached to Henry and Ivo of all of Lily Morton’s characters.
Audiobook 5/13/20 My kinda perfect! I just love how they’re drawn to each other like magnets an you can feel the pull. Stellar job if narrating by Joel Leslie. He brought this up another level.?????? My first Lily Morton read. .I love her sense of humor. Enjoyable, snarky banter, chemistry, funny, sexy, and adorable!
After a bad experience with Joel Leslie’s narration in the past, I almost didn’t give this one a shot. I am SO glad that I did. The story was so good. It had me laughing out loud. I loved every second of it, and couldn’t stop listening. This will definitely be one I listen to..
I could not stand anyone in this book. 9 hours of my life that I never get back…. The characters where just driving me crazy. This book tried to do so many things but didn’t do any of them good… I’m sorry I should’ve DNF it…
I read this book when it first came out and it was crappy my very first Lily Morton. Needless to say, I was hooked from then. Being someone who studied in a British university, I have to say, it was such a great pleasure to relive all these quirky very English expletives. ? I mean..
Lily Morton’s stories have such lovable characters and Joel Leslie does an admirable job bringing them to life. This made me laugh and made me feel all warm and cozy. Super adorable.
