I don’t usually begin with a discussion of the actor, but I have to say that Joel Leslie sold this story to me big time with his absolutely spot-on performance of Oz’s character. I couldn’t believe my ears, and being the untrusting soul that I am, I actually did a little research to find out..
I find the author’s previous stories to be more compelling and with more memorable and interesting characters. Still, it was an enjoyable listen. The narration is sometimes inconsistent but it’s not a dealbreaker.
Just absolutely loved this story!
