I enjoyed listening to this series. You end up feeling completely immersed in the situation that Carter and his living mates are going through. The battlefield scenes are the best part, and I caught myself more than a few times cheering for our heroes out loud.

This was a heart breaking and amazing love story all in one. Loved this amazing storyline. It has so many different faces from new love to jealousy to a new start. Vinnie and Ben belong together but it takes time to get there. Great listen.
This author/narrator combo has made me purchase extra credits and I never do that! I love her style of writing and how she balances the story with a little bit of everything. Joel Leslie of course is hilarious and I have relistened to several of his audiobooks. Definitely worth a credit. Don’t pass it up…
