I absolutely loved the world building in this book and how the system of magic worked. Simeon and Angel are great characters and I can’t wait to read more about them in book two. If you like vampires, necromancy, magic spells and a mystery to solve, you’re going to love this book. 5 stars.
I love this series, and I am currently shipping Nick and Bellrose so hard in my head, can we please get a spin off with them? Nick is more dependent now, and all Bellrose wants to do is be useful to someone. It sounds like a match made in my head. Hopefully this could happen…
