This is a book I loved when I read it, and I was excited to listen to the audio version. It is wonderful! Dylan is one of my favorite characters ever, and Gabe makes me veer between wanting to hug him to wanting to push him down a flight of stairs. The snark between them..

This book and the rest in the series are wonderful. The characters are easy to love and their banter makes me laugh out loud.
the whole book was one whiny moment after another. if the narrator had been better it might have been worth it but he really can’t portray women they all sound whiny and immature.
NR Walker is a new find for me but I’ve already listened to four books. And Joel Leslie is fabulous, particularly with the Australian accent. The story is well written, few if any grammatical errors, sweet and funny characters, and steamy scenes. This book and Evolved are two of my favorites!

This book gels the Callahan family to where they should be…. but…. not all questions are answered…it was emotional going to the past and feeling their pain growing up, loosing their parents, but Evelyn keeps the family in tact… even when they don’t realize how…JJ McAvoy is brilliant with this series and the Ruthless series…..
read in one 24 HR period. interesting twists to plot although seems like author was in a hurry to finish it by giving the whole story in the sisters confession near the end.

this was thile worst book and narrator I have ever listened to. I couldn’t deal with it past chapter 3.
I loved this story. We finally got some background info on Black and how he began his reign of justice/terror in Haven Hart. With Quill being the focus of the book, it was quite a fun ride. It was dangerous and sad, but also hopeful and sweet. Another perfect addition to this series. Joel Leslie..
