I love, love, love this series! Joel Leslie’s performance was, as always, perfection. Felix and Lane may be my favorite couple of all time and I loved getting to see their relationship after a little time has passed. Their back and forth is hilarious and makes the tender moments that much sweeter.

This was a weird attempt at mixing romance and thriller, and it just fell short. The weird sex scenes were overly detailed and appeared at random times in between rape and serial murder scenarios. I love Eden Finley’s books. She has unique storylines and interesting characters. Mistaken identity with twins is an idea that I hadn’t come across before.The Reed chapters annoyed me technical wise. They were softer sounding and I kept having to stop and adjust the volume.

I couldn’t keep listening, the narration was awful. Not even 2 hours in and I had to give up. So disappointed for the amount of money I spent on this and the description sounded so good. His voice, especially when he was narrating female parts, is off putting and awkward.
