A fun book on the Apocalyptic Genre. Having traveled to the Keys many times it was entertaining to have a location that we knew so well. The characters were believable and the action was appropriate to the story. It’s nice not having gratuitous violence as well.

It’s ok I suppose. The narration is top-notch as expected but, the story line is a little weak. All the women are gorgeous so there’s that but a lot of time was spent discussing underage mating rituals. I guess that falls in line with the groomer epidemic that society is now seeing. Not my cup..

I pushed myself to the limit to get a few hours in. The writer believes he has some special knowledge that makes a detailed story of a man being a man, putting on a large tin foil hat, and prepping makes a wonderful story.
More than once my heart was pounding. more than once I had tears in my eyes. I listen to continually until I got through all three books and I already have the Days of Elijah getting ready to get started. I loved it
