Story line, dialogue, and characters continue to keep me wanting another book. Common sense can be our bond.
Let me preface by saying I absolutely love Kevin Pierce. Multitalented voice actor but hearing the authors vulgarities come out of the narrators perfomance over and over, I couldn’t take it. It was cringe worthy, and that says a lot because I’m married to a USN Senior Chief!I can take the odd profanity, even the..

I thought the first book started out slow but once the action started I was hooked. The 2nd was even better, hoping there’ll be more in this series.
Gonna have to listen to this 2/3 more times to really apply it to my business… so much valuable content!
As usual Kevin Pierce provides a great performance which was the only redeeming factor of this box set. The story itself starts out pretty good but quickly snowballs out of control. The biggest thing that hits me is the author’s lamentation over “perverts” and degenerates in general yet he writes, rather favorably of a quickly..
I have always been drawn to Bobby’s books. They are hard to stop listening to. I’d say he has a style close to John Grisham. I’m left hanging once again for the next book. -Pete
The consistent quality of Franklin Horton’s books is a bit insane. The Mad Mick series is one of my favorites. There is no lack of twists and turns with this series or any other of Franklin’s series come to think of it. I am not sure how the next book will go. Hopefully, there are..
This was not so much of a story as much as it was anecdotal fictitious musings, wrapped up in doomsday packaging. If your looking for one more thing to be anxious about with no real plot context this is the one for you.
It’s sort of boring. It doesn’t really grip you. The story drags along at points. Near the end of the book it suddenly starts having gay rape with child rape. Not really worth wasting your time listening.
standard trope of societal collapse, and the struggle to survive. characters are boring, the story was boring and derivative. the main characteristic of two of the main characters is their Irish background. you would think the chosen narrator would have a decent accent to pull out for them, yet no luck. the book reads like..
