It’s ok I suppose. The narration is top-notch as expected but, the story line is a little weak. All the women are gorgeous so there’s that but a lot of time was spent discussing underage mating rituals. I guess that falls in line with the groomer epidemic that society is now seeing. Not my cup..

I pushed myself to the limit to get a few hours in. The writer believes he has some special knowledge that makes a detailed story of a man being a man, putting on a large tin foil hat, and prepping makes a wonderful story.
More than once my heart was pounding. more than once I had tears in my eyes. I listen to continually until I got through all three books and I already have the Days of Elijah getting ready to get started. I loved it
It is not bad it is not good gives a lot of detail but there needs to be more excitement like to the end when Gary didn’t pick up the candy bar he knew he would get busted in the head not necessary more blood and guts but needs more excitement

I can’t wait for the second book of this new series, the only thing I HATED about the book is that number 2 isn’t already out but at the end of this one you get a clip of the starting to the second one so I know it’s out there!! please, please hurry, I’m dying..
Very well written series…could happen just the way it was described. I’ll look forward to his next series.

I’m not familiar with this writer but I enjoy this book nonetheless it keeps you in suspense and there’s no boring part to the entire story I only wish they had a second book available

This was a bit hard to track at the beginning as it doesn’t give any background on how society got to where it is now. Not a huge deal, but I would prefer even a tiny prologue giving us an idea of how we got here. It’s twisted and I like that. It goes to..
