Story was ok. Kind of boring and predictable. Kevin pierce narrations suck and will put you to sleep with his old raspy monotone voice… zzzzzzzzzzz…..

I can’t wait to get next series started. I’m guessing the people that were captured ended up surviving…but need to know how.

I really enjoyed the alternate iterations, and the way they were all wrapped up in the end. It’s not like Groundhog Day, the character development spans all the books. Enjoyable and unique, I never wanted it to end. Again. And again.

I am a big fan of Mr Abrams but I just couldn’t finish this series. the first book was great, the second not so much and the third was all over the place.

Plot line is entertaining Good references to the Bible. Though not exact to scripture but a good imagination. Believers will enjoy the fact that the rapture takes us out before having to be subjected to all this.

I enjoy all his books. His characters draw you in. Kevin Pearce’s narration is top notch.

Couldn’t tear myself away, no matter how scary and creepy it got. Do recommend.

Very interesting and told from all perspectives. From the murderer to the psychiatrist to the victims mother.

This first story in J. Thorn and Glynn James’s post-apocalyptic saga of a tribe torn between long followed traditions and a young chief’s willingness to do things differently is very well written.
