Good, but too long with unnecessary detail. Great narrator is the only reason I could stick with it. Good beginning and very good ending chapters.
This fictional series looks at another possibility for Nuclear Winter and the governments reactions to it. The do what it takes to get “home” spirit of the people in the story and their push to get home, it take longer than you might think.
I love his books, have a lot of them. But sadly I won’t be buying any more at these prices. Mr. Akart has gotten very greedy, he writes this book and separates into 5 books, very short 5-6hr books. If he took out all the repeating he does to let you know what happened in..
This guy can write! I haven’t listened to a book by By: Franklin Horton Narrated by: Kevin Pierce that i haven’t loved. What a team. Just buy it / listen to it / enjoy it
great good guys, great bad guys. characters are easy to like and root for. the whole series keeps you on the edge

Good plot and story lines. I think, reading the books would be better. I found the narration to be flat and unnatural. All in all though, it was a decent way to pass the miles of road.

And I cringed on multiple occasions because of the “cat fights.” You want “angry white guy revenge porn”(as another reviewer called it) then..
