Yes I follow this series, and the listener should start with book one the mad mick.To not do so takes away from a unique storyline. It definitely feels like there should be at least a book seven.
Such an excellent novel!! This could be a peppers bible!! This novel is so relevant for this day and time.
Just an overall excellent series. One of my favorites so far. The first book in the series can be a bit overwhelming at the start, as there are a lot of characters and a lot of things happening in different places at once. But by the end of the first book, the story really settles..
Might be a little slow starting but definitely gripping details of the rapes and court room drama besides just plain crazy people.

I didn’t love this one. Most of it discussed allegations of duplicity and double dealings of law enforcement at Manitowoc county. It rambled on a bit too much. Really enjoyed this. Fast paced with well developed characters. It definitely had me cheering for the good guys (which included strong female characters too). And it gave me a lot to ponder regarding preparedness considering the power outages in Texas during freeze this winter. This trilogy is more relevant and realistic now than it was..
