Like other reviewers, I almost gave up on it at the beginning with talk of conspiracies and new world order but I’m glad I hung in there till the end. Great book to get you to thinking!

Since a “SHTF” kept me on the edge of my seat…. Great trilogy! This was a commute series and I never wanted to stop the stories. Great characters and the separate stories flowed and kept you wanting keep going.

Too much effort put in the “why” and “who” of the characters. Slow crawl to the story actually getting to the apocalypse event beginning to effect the characters. Hard to hang in there while listening especially with the long diatribes of the characters. His early books were much better. These seem like efforts to draw..
