I didn’t know anything about this book when I hit the download button, but after about 10 chapters I started back at the beginning. Terrifyingly real…times two. Not a story to read to the kids at bedtime, but such a wake up call to the evil in the world. I have about 160 audible titles..

Not sure how I stumbled upon this series but man I’m glad I did. I don’t usually go for the military post apocalypse type story but this was more civilian and family survival. Now I need to see if the Mad Mick series is on audible.

Amazing recount of a police investigation that took years to solve and the flaws in our legal system that protect those who commit unspeakable crimes. Narrator is amazing.

loved the book from start to finish. it is scary to think about what could happen in the future. but this will open o es eys.
It was difficult managing my emotions with the leaps in logic that the characters take. Perhaps better character development would have precluded this.
