Mark Goodwin has written a series that couldn’t be more time appropriate. It’s like it’s playing out in real time. A major plot point in this book involves a deadly virus. This book is full of platitudes and all it does is repeat excerpts from a thousand other self help books. I do not recommend this to anyone.

Events jumped all over the place timewise, and it took a long time for me to figure out exactly when Susan disappeared! And the order of observations was totally inaccessible. Even Kevin Pierce’s, soft, apologizing voice couldn’t ruin this one. I just wish Goodwin’s books were longer. Buying a 6 hour book over and over gets expensive.
