Besides the TWO narrators used for one character, the “Omg, this is all my fault” everytime something bad happened had me agreeing halfway through the book. I continued to listen just to see what happened bc I liked the storyline about an average, unprepared, working class family.
This is a fast paced story with great characters. It is easy to like the heroes and really despise the power hungry characters. I felt this could happen in real life if we take our freedoms and form of government for granted. The American lifestyle could be gone tomorrow.
