Another great installment of the Borrowed World Series with excellent narration. Horton and Pierce for the win
Sometimes got a little into the weeds on descriptions of strategies, but I suppose that made it more believable to people who actually understood what he was talking about. The narrator did pretty good except when it came to bad guys, especially the gangsters. He just sounds too wholesome and I had to actively push..
Excellent investigation relentless work. Shocked by the corruption of the city and in the LAPD. Thankful to those who expose the truth at any cost! Great job
when I started this series, I wanted Randy and Jim to make it all the way to the end. then Becky popped in and I wanted her to survive. now after listening more to how they act, it would be very satisfying if all three of them bit a bullet. three most self-centered vile people..
Each book did not highlight anything new. It got quite boring in book three. I guess it was an interesting concept though.
Awesome story! I thoroughly enjoyed this well written adventure. I highly recommend, trust me, you won’t be disappointed.
The narrator is the wrong person for this story. The slow parts, and there are too many, are even slower due to the narration. Great book to fall asleep to
Great books that I really enjoyed. Unfortunately I need to find a new series now but I really hope this story continues. I’ll definitely be watching for any new releases!
