This gut uses my credits to give me 3/4 of a book and ends with a cliff-hanger to get us to buy the next novelette. Bad practice and pretty lousy for Audible to let this happen.
I wish the book spent more time on cases and less time on Necrosearch personnel resumes.

If you like fiction to sound like a play-by-play of events on a timeline without frills, you’ll love this one. Very little artistry in the writing style. Maybe the doomsday preppers like it as a manual? I love post apocalyptic fiction though!
