It does get aggravating the female main character isn’t as strong as I’d like but she is young. Not much of a fighter. Brother is more able to adjust although younger. Hoping the characters expand more in the next book.

The reality of this story is actually quite scary. The author has woven in an all to believable “what if” scenario. It could happen tomorrow. As always I cannot wait for the next book and hope Kevin Pierce is narrating it!

I love Pierce’s vocal rendition of this series! Craven has a masterful work in this series, and covers PTSD so well. Great, well developed characters, excellent plots, and a genuine story about a broken man.
