Review from Compound Fracture →
This book catches up with Robert and Sonja as they try to get to VA and their families. Education and intrigue wrapped up in an amazing story. Add Kevin Pierce as narrator, and you have a delightful experience! I can’t wait for the next book in this series! Well done, gentlemen!
in the interest of full disclosure, I only listened to about half of this book. I stopped because the narrator was starting to make me ill. and that’s not a slight. he was actually TOO good. you see, the story is written in the first person, from the killer’s p.o.v. and he is so irredeemably..
Review from EMP Survival Box Set: Seven Cows, Ugly and Gaunt →
Im no reviewer, but narration, story, key-points, action, and spiritual-points are all perfect. Read It.
Mark Goodwin with Kevin Peirce narrating makes a great team. Looking forward to more books with the perfect duo.
intense and another great one, love the dogs and their storylines..keep them coming and we’ll keep listening ĺ
Full of every macho cliche you can think of. Plus a few more. Utterly predictable. Boring. Returned. Narrator mediocre, but might be good with the right book.
Horton has done it again! I have yet to find any book of his that I do not like. This one is set in the same world as his Locker nine and Borrowed World books. This one doesnt focus on just the survival aspect and prepping aspect. This one has a awesome action filled story..
Been a fan since The Borrowed World Series. Like that series Locker Nine series is another great message and story delivered by a master author. His use of narrator Kevin Pierce, who I consider one of the absolute best is telling an authors story and bringing every word to life in picture form. Compound fracture..
As a fan of Mr Craven I found the ending to much less of a cliffhanger than he normally leaves us with. Great story and yet another phenomenal performance by Mr. Pierce.
