I really enjoyed listening to the experiences of Robert Monroe and his own personal investigation into astral projection. Hearing it described in such a matter of fact way was extremely refreshing compared to the more theoretical and philosophical descriptions I have heard before of this phenomenon. I loved this book so much I bought the hard copy. There seems to be a lot more engaging activities with the physical book however I love how the book gave a step by step operating system that is fairly rare in….any business book really…The author specifies exposing what works and what doesn’t work even..
