The Mad Mick series is a awesome adventure, I can’t wait to read the next book.
It took me awhile during book one to finally realize what was going on and get into the book. Once that happened though, it was good entertainment and an engrossing story.

Story was a good story. Not sure sure I like some of the situational morality and politics of it, but it was a good story.
Nothing really stood out that I would say I dislike. Quite honestly, I’m enjoying this whole storyline and the author as well as the first time I’ve ever read anything by him and I really really like it.
I enjoy the twists that aren’t predictable. I am however really frustrated with authors that do any amount of research on survival tactics and still use the term ‘assault’ rifle. As the government can’t agree on a definition, and as all weapons from gun to rocks and baseball bats can assault people its an irritating,..
I loved all 5 books. Great characters, enjoyed all of the “resistance” fighters. The action was super fast paced. Ryan Schow is new to me. I love post-apocaliptic novels and this series was awesome!
i really liked the characters, for the most part. Maddie was good, very realistic, though at times i was yelling at her for doing something foolhardy. But in the end i fell in love with the characters and the action was intense. Good story!
