It is yet another survivalist book, seems even more relevant now days with many of these familiar stories going on in the news these days. while most people are not prepares. In many ways a reminder how things will fall apart during the collapse of society.
Very well written and realistic. The story line keeps your interest as you project yourself unto the characters. So far I intend to listen to the whole series.

Franklin Horton graps you from the first paragraph and keeps you on the edge all the way to the end. Perfect story for the big screen…I would definitely watch this as a movie.

I feel like I know the characters personally, the action is non-stop, and all four books are chock full of preparedness tips. What did you like best about this story? Loved the first book and looking forward to the continuing story. Kevin Pearce is one of my favorite narrators. The only thing is the Irish accent is more English then Irish, but what do know, I’m Scottish lol.

It’s a biblical story about the church at the end of days. If you attend church then you might enjoy this, I however, did not.

Great storyline! The main characters are very like-able. While it is an Apocalyptical story there’s also a great personal story with each character. I purchased this Audible because I love Kevin Pierce as a narrator. But now I am also a big fan of AJ Newman. Can’t wait for Book 2 of the series.
