I was looking for some basic information along with diet options. This book gave me exactly what I was looking for in terms of how to start dieting using 5:2 method. I’ve only been doing this for two weeks but I’ve lost 3 lbs.

All-in-all I would say this was a solid start for a very promising author and a snowballing storyline. The pacing and character understanding was enhanced by some drastic timeline changing. I believe this author has enough to bring to the table to be worth looking forward to his future offerings as well.

Loved it, I didn’t know if Lou would be able to carry a book by herself. Tom Abrahams not only pulls it off he makes you hope Lou is back in book 8. As always Kevin Pierce makes an already great book even better
Mark Goodwin has done an amazing job with all the books he has written regarding The endtimes and connecting it to Bible prophecy. I have thoroughly enjoyed all of his books in this series and many other he has written.

This book was unbelievable. It has opened my eyes to not live in fear, but be much more aware when I’m out, walking, or sitting in my car waiting for somebody when they run, into the store. This book was excellently written ! Very eye opening in many ways. Kevin Pierce, of course never fails..
