There are actually 3 distinct threads woven into this story — none of which are resolved. A fourth thread, a backstory really, is pretty much resolved, but that doesn’t excuse the unforgivable cliffhanger ending. the story seemed rushing the character development. it was a quick read but had so much more potential.

The book is very suspenseful and has a new villain. We get to hear about the rest of Grace’s family; plus a bunch of other characters. Can’t wait until the next book comes out!
Franklin Horton does a wonderful job painting a story and at the end left me wanting more because I was so wrapped up in the well being of the characters!
I enjoyed the way the story and character development unfolded. it is always good to see a story unfold and of course a masterful performance from Mr. Pierce
