This was a very well put together second installment tobthe Blackout series Looking forward to Turning Point
The story still has the prepper who ‘thought of everything’. However, unlike other stories from this genre this one has a faster pace and doesn’t get bogged down to the point of coming off as a field manual. I look forward to listening to the next book.
I did really enjoy this series, and the previous series written by the author. He has other books written on financial collapse and various other dystopian apocalyptic topics that are all fantastic. Unfortunately, this particular one did not have the same appeal as the previous novels. That said it was a good finish to a..
Tough, gritty and action packed continuation of a compelling story. Books 1 and 2 were good as well, Book 3 though, is the winner.
He is the type of author that thinks it’s cool end a chapter right in the middle of an important scene. From there he goes to another characters, that no one cares about, story and will continue on his story line for 2 or 3 chapters. By the time you finish those, you don’t care..
I have enjoyed the first two books but why not make it a total two books or even one? I read a lot of books in this genre and this one is ok. The continuity is not great and we don’t get any usable cold weather survival info. And what about the awesome natural medicine..
This is the best one in the series. Wow! Just when your down, C.A. Rudolph knocks you down a little more, just to bring you soaring back up on the next page. I can’t wait for the next book.
Book three does not disappoint! Lauren morphs into an even stronger warrior and oz brave beyond her years. I will be first in line for book four!!!!
