I enjoyed this book the first time I listened to it. I enjoyed it even more the second time. I’ve listened to all the Hard Case and McCarty books and hope the author will consider writing more.

Horton teamed up with one of the best narrators for a great follow up in the series! Action packed with plenty of twists and turns to keep you on edge until the last page!

The book stops at a cliff hanger! So be forewarned, the start of the book was hard for me to follow along, but got back in to familiar territory. Kevin did an awesome job as always and it sucks when it says to be continued….. and you have to wait again.
I hope no one I know is as dumb as Madison. maybe it’s the way I was raised but I would not have the same thought process has Madison. it took her WAY to long to understand what was happening.
