From the word go, the story, the narration, the characters combine to be one of the best End of the World Series yet. I loved all the characters, the plot, everything. It was heartwarming, scary, sad and exciting all at the same time.
The author’s ability to get such deep concepts across in such a direct and concise way is an uncommon gift. The story portion kept you fully engaged and his analysis and breakdowns complimented it well. He didn’t drone on for hours and THEN give you a story, nor did he tease you with a story..

I’m a huge fan of prepper books and I have to say, it’s really refreshing listening to one that isn’t laden down with profanity and crude content.
Mark Goodwin knocked this one completely out of the park. Pulled all the aspects of the story together and then pulls the reader along for the final surprise ending. I enjoyed the Days of Noah, I loved the Day of Elijah. Gave me plenty of adventure, as well as plenty of information that I had..
Story continues with the Devil Dog trying to get everyone home alive. Gets sidetracked after being captured by a group of just plain crazy government people.
