I suspected this from the get go, but by Chapter 16 there was no doubt the author sees the world through a MAGA lens. And I am determined not to be Hillbilly Elegy’d again. Take your Trump supporting nonsense somewhere else.
The author has a plethora of knowledge on multiple subjects and is amazing at evoking emotions. This series brought laughter and tears and kept us wanting more.

FANTASTIC book very well written i would recommend to anyone. I was sad that this series had to end.

International Mad Mick and friends. Just another wonderful book by Horton! This is much more fast paced and narrator speaks much faster on this book. Not my preference but still worth the listen!!
I like the fact that there were mini stories in the bigger picture. It gave me a chance to learn more about each character. The actions they took to survive could easily be a real life scenario.
