these are my favorite type of books–dystopian/apocalyptic /prepper–especially in these volatile times. i appreciate having Series books that are lumped together: easier to follow, endless hours of enjoyment. HOWEVER, being on book 9, I have to say, they are incredibly redundant. the first chapter of each book recaps the previous novels and that’s super frustrating…

I’ve never met females like they are represented in many of the stories in this genre, but they sure screw up an otherwise good story.I liked a lot about this story, but couldn’t sit thru the idiotic commentary between father and daughter. Totally ruined it for me.
truly a book that I was excited to get back to each time I stopped listening. Great value too, with 3 books for one credit

What a great series! Was the perfect ammount of luck and gore you want to see in your main characters of this type. Kevin Pierce once again nails the production of this. he is one of my favorites.
