The story was too short… wish it was longer. It was scary on some levels to listen to how shallow some people are. Of course it is just a story, right?

Loved this book! Great author! Loved hearing this historical account of true events! Overall a good book!
This has been a fantastic 3 book series I could not stop listening to. I’m am looking forward to the next 3 books in this series.
KEVIN is a great reader. the details of all the surrounding. the details of each person in the story. totally injoyed these books.
The only reason I gave this two stars is because the narrator is good. The story, itself, is terrible. I tried to listen to most of it, but it just bored me to tears and has terrible characters and talk bad dialog. And enough with the Blue Bloods references. Geez, we get it already. Try..
This author must have been trying to set a record for descriptive narrative. For example, an entire chapter was dedicated to a guy taking a crap in a bucket in a closet. The entire series would have been far more entertaining with 2/3 fewer words. Don’t waste your time or a credit
I love this series amazing! Josh, family and team try to make it through the tribulation waiting for the rapture to take them to heaven!
Overall, great. But when I find myself yelling at the characters about the most obvious solution, it starts to seem like the characters are being dumb just to add drama. it didn’t happen often, which is why I liked the series, but it happens at the end. Again, great writing overall and definitely an enjoyable..
Jack Olsen’s incredible story telling & Kevin Pierce’s unmatched narration come together to make ‘The Misbegotten Son’ a hard to put down winner! I feel like I know the people in this book personally, especially Jack. Jack’s life is captivating, tragic, cold, warm & everything in between. I find myself sad for him as well..
i love how it keeps following the same 3 characters in the same time frame but in different parts of the country and they have different circumstances
