His quoting of scripture with the books brings me back to the Bible to search for more of Gods words about or reflected in his books. The story really helps to explain what it could look like. Love the story and hate when they end. You feel like you really know these characters
I like that the characters are not super human. It’s also not easy to tell which political leaning the author has. This story comes across more as a warning about dark governments and picking a left or right side and forgetting the American side.
Well, I hope this never comes to have to reality. It really could happen and no matter how prepared you are you’re still not prepared.
Not the worst thing I’ve read, but definitely not the best. Keep the title of my review in mind if you decide to read.

Franklin horton has an amazing ability to get you so attached to the characters in his books! always enjoy listening to his books!
Amazing without pretentious air in a believable and bone chilling setting. Characters are mysterious but wildly believable. The plot is driven by dire and life altering despair. Not one you will be able to sit down.
The story is super farfetched. It almost feels like the writer is grasping at straws to keep the story going. The writer has built such excellent characters, and the narrator is so brilliant, it just still works.
This book is not just a great story. It also teaches you to prep for the End Times. I love the Bible verses.
