A bit different take than most EMP books but in a very refreshing way- worth a listen

The story was good , but the narrator’s heavy southwestern accent made it very difficult to distinguish between characters. I found myself constantly asking “wait, WHAT ! Who said that ?”
many ideas that I’ve believed true, we’ll Robert gives me many validations. Who wouldn’t just love a book that solidifies fragmented and hazy beliefs?
Review from Surrender the Sun Series Boxset: Books 1-3 Apocalyptic Dystopian Thriller →
Started off decent, but immediately turned into a damsel in distress. It was definitely a slow burn romance book with an apocalypse going on around them. I’m sorry I got the book set I cannot finish.
This is an excellent book series. I was sad to see it end. The characters were so real to me. I found myself cheering them on like I was there.
I really enjoyed this. It was not just your typical apocalyptic book. It kept your attention and showed different situations I haven’t seen in the other books.
I was doing ok until the wolves started thinking (talking) to themselves with human language and behavior. Yes, this is science fiction, but for me, the scenarios should be plausible and possible for me to enjoy the story. In and apocalyptic scenario, sure the wolves could become more dangerous to humans, but they are not..
I’ve enjoyed this series from beginning to end. For the most part, this final book did a good job of closing out Dan’s journey home. That said, I think the story itself needed more chapters or at least an epilogue to tie a few things up. Such as more thorough introductions between parties, what happened..
