Enjoyed it from beginning to end, and was sorry when it ended. An old fashioned, satisfying tale, especially for binge readers like me. Great suspense, great characters, and very believable.

The authors attention to details was wonderfully appreciated. The three books were woven together as to allow reading in any order without unnecessary repetition. i will read more as produced.

Randy has just downright become unbearable. she’s a horrible betrayal of a strong female character written by someone who has never met a strong female character. being mean and abusive is not a personality type. in the last book she assaults Lloyd which is domestic violence and everybody just accepts it. attacking and hurting people..

The energy in the first three or four books is great. The plot keeps getting a little more complex, then the tone changed. It became predictable and the conflict was no longer my cup of tea. By book 7 I was ready to move on. Great yarn for a long road trip.

It’s interesting to consider how many people that have the ability to protect will get engaged if forced. A scary reality we seem to be marching towards. I love these books!

Great narrative and story. Can’t wait for next book. Love all this authors books so far. Will continue this series.
