I really disliked this book and couldn’t continue. Way too much gruesome and repulsive content condensed into individual short stories. I am a fan of the author but I don’t recommend this book.

Love Kevin Pierce as narrator, that’s how I found this series but the more I listen the more I hear propaganda and the “the way I feel is the only way it is” nonsense. Shame – I love end of days books. Just not this bible conservative propaganda. Anti vax drivel.
Kevin Pierce continues his excellent narration, as the Mad Mick upholds his name to the fullest. Great work!
I couldn’t make it through book one. I wanted to like the book, but it read like a preppers trope compendium. Not realistic at all seems like someone who has lived life from being newspapers and police reports.
Always a great story! Lots of action, lots of humor. Loved every page!Franklin Horton & Kevin Pierce are always a winning combination!
What’s better than Horton and Pierce? I’ll wait….🤷♂️ Please people, don’t leave me hanging! This is the ultimate powerhouse in this series No bias here…
the story stays interesting. realistic scenarios. Makes the reader continuously want to know what’s next around the corner.
Good strong characters very believable and a fast moving story! I enjoyed the way it easily slipped from one character’s perspective to others, and I especially enjoy the strong female character characters.
The narration was excellent. The story plot was interesting. I’d like to have had a stronger lead character. The ending seemed a bit rushed. I have decided being drunk or stoned through an apocalyptic event may not be the best decision.
