I’ve been a fan of American apocalypse fiction for years and this book is tied for first place with the Black Autumn series. 10/10 story, character development, action scenes, themes, and performance by “The Voice of the Apocalypse” himself. Very, Very good.
It takes about 6 hours for the book to really get started. The narrator hardly changes tone or pitch and therefore I can never really tell who’s talking. I enjoyed the biblical perspective

Bringing in Richard Marcinko a.k.a. the rogue warrior creator of seal team six was a pleasant addition to the Mad Mick series. I really enjoyed this book and I think you will too.

Overall, the book was well written and I could hear Nic throughout the book (even though he’s not the narrator). I was hoping for a bit more details about Delphi. I know that the trial hasn’t occurred yet, so a lot of information just isn’t available. I almost wish the release of this book happened..
