Another great story into the borrowed World Series. This goes along nicely with the recent Mad Mick series!

Very good storyline and pace. I have loved every book in the series. A not wait till the next one is released.

The story was great, characters were vibrant, and human. At points, there were unbelievable portions, but at least entertaining.

I know this style of “prepper SHTF” book is very popular, I have read & listened to more than a few. If I had listened to this story before Mad Mick and Borrowed World I probably would have stopped listening. Why would you make one of the main characters and author who was supposed to be an expert of prepping to look so stupid? I’m no expert, but I would never put myself into the place..

Realistic action and wit about it, it made sense and humor at those times when we would not anything else to say.

If you came to this book hoping of some insight or instruction, even PROOF of anything, wrong place. This book is excellent – horrifying and depressing but so efficient with its gripping and detailed storytelling.

I really can’t think of anything I didn’t dislike about these 3 books loved the story and all.

I love being able to listen without an onslaught of profanity! This series and the follow up, Days of Elijah, are great.
