I don’t want to spoil so I’ll just say the book was amazing as can be expected from the Mad Mick series but it left a sadness with me, I would have liked a more happier ending ( I think ) And I can’t wait for the next book!

Liked information about end times and disliked much of the negative dialog over nothing and it didn’t add to the story line.

I liked the incredible harsh and gritty nature of the story. it was a very thought provoking tale of the dark and savage nature of people and how quickly our thin veneer of civilisation could tear apart.

This is a great book of many, many chilling stories. Some I remember, some go back to the 1800s. Definitely add this to your true crime library.
