Narrator much better in Book 2. This book seemed to flow from story to story, much better.
Great!
Review from Black Autumn Travelers →
I’m having to keep skipping through chapters because they are unrelated to the Delphi murders. the book is called the Delphi murders. it’s very annoying to keep having to skip because he starts talking about other cases. just..why?
This was well written and a very nice twist on this type theme. Especially enjoyed the ship and sea life facets of it.
Having become an adult during the 1980’s, I appreciate the honesty of the writer regarding attitudes toward gay men as well as the overbearing & cruel nature of many straight white southern men toward their wives whom the men view as inferior.Born in Fort Smith and raised in north Texas during the two decades before..
There is no reason not to get every single book in this four part series. Great concept, totally believable and it will happen. Thanks Bobby Akart.
This is a great book in this genre. The author wrote a realistic scenario. I enjoyed it and will look for more of her work.
Most of these kinds of stories are filled with preaching and OpErAtOr fantasies. The Black Autumn series is none of these things. It’s a no nonsense dive into a what if scenario. If you’re on the fence….just start listening. See you in the wasteland.
Go to author and narrator, always accurate and always has me on the edge waiting to see what happens next.
This book was pretty good. But it’s basically the same book as the last two. The storyline is really becoming old and has just been retold since book 2. The last 15-20 minutes of this book was really bad. I’ve listened to worse, so take it for what you will.
