Review from The Complete Dark Days Series →
Not a bad book but a good editing would help. I feel asleep at one point mid book and woke to find 4 hours had passed. Rather than go back I just kept it going. I don’t feel like I missed a thing.
Was a great series. Main character got on my nerves. Why do they treat me like a kid? Cause you act like one. Otherwise was a good series. 😂 I just yelled at her a lot.
Franklin Horton never disappoints I have listened to his whole bibliography by far my favorite author. His story telling is unmatched and scary makes my drives home very fast. Every book I have listened to have been nothing but a 10 star. Can’t wait for the next one
Review from The Seventh Vial: A Novel of the Great Tribulation →
very good story line. great characters. Ray knocks everything outta the park as usual. I read them in order and can see how you can definitely jump around if you wanted to.
Overall this series’s. Had the most unlikeable and unrealistic characters in it. I have ever read or listen too. They were flat out evil and psychotic. That was the so called good guys in this. The women were awful and horrible to everyone. As bad as the guys. They were worse than the Chinese communist..
Wonderful introspection and learnings from one very unique human experience. The secrets of our world do hide in plain site.
Just one gunfight after another. No character development. This is the second book I’ve tried by this author and both have been nothing but guns and gunfight. I won’t be trying another.
What starts off as an intriguing semi-sci-fi apocalypse story ends in a prayer-filled r*pe fantasy. The writing devolves between books and had me questioning on whether ai was being used to help write it. There are a lot of phrase repetitions that lend to a very boring dialogue and the plot has so many things..
