Story was great! I enjoyed the characters and the performance. The author’s theology is off, but I do enjoy that it is clean and and does not have all the normal filth that many survivalist books have.

Started out slow and the main character treated the girl like a slab of top sirloin not a person. Was about ready to stop reading but the story got better.

Simple, practical and well said. I will be implementing many practices from this valuable book.

I just couldn’t. I feel like I missed a book between 5 and 6. There are people and stories and things that just happened that aren’t described anywhere. It leaves me totally lost. Also, I feel like the characters are growing in reverse. They’re declining in maturity. Very disappointed.

Really enjoyed these two books. It’s crazy, but not too sure this isn’t a prelude to our very own 2035…seems a little too spot on. Been a longtime listener to your podcast and love the heck out of you guys! The book is very good! So much more including other unsolved or soon to be solved cases.

I love Steve Jackson and will listen to anything Kevin Pierce narrates. Even he couldn’t save this book. Got 15 hours in and couldn’t stand to listen to the same content again. I called it quits. Interesting case. They could have cut it down in content.

Ryan you never disappoint! The books was great. The storyline has all the feels to it, sadness, happiness, defeat, victories, love and hate all the makeups of what I love in a book. Keep up the great work and can’t wait for the next book.
