Like many other audio books from this publisher, this recording has some issues that seem to be compression related. Whether Audible’s or the publisher’s fault, I don’t know.The performance is still good, overall. But there are times when the popping, hissing, or screeching are very distracting.

C.A. Rudolph has a way with a good story line and interesting characters.Kevin Pierce is one of the top narrators. I have often chosen an unknown author knowing that he will make it a great listen.
