Likely would’ve been better on paper

Review from Wolfsong →

I couldn’t get through the book, in part because of the pacing, but in part due to the prose. The author often repeats phrases to express the passage of time (“they said, they said”) or for emphasis “pack, pack, pack.” With a lot of time passing, that got old fairly fast.

Amazing.

I am 13. There is some sex during the end that I was un aware of (my fault for not seeing the tags. Also not the first time I’ve been exposed to it so I’m fine) but other than that it was really good. I am looking into ravensong as my next read

Modern Lycanthropic Archetype

Review from Wolfsong →

I don’t know much from werewolves. But I do know the audiobook world seems inundated by all manner of them. Wolfsong by TJ Klune has to be the mold from which the others derive. Beautiful

Review from Wolfsong →

This was a great book. The pacing and details only drive the story. Klune has such attention to detail, the narration was wonderful but good LORDT I was not ready for the sexy scenes! Hot!!

Mixed bag

Review from Wolfsong →

I was looking for something to scratch that gay supernatural itch and, to that extent, Wolfsong works. But don’t expect much else. The story is serviceable, if as incredibly predictable and as long as it is thin. The dialogue reads more like a sitcom than anything else and every sequence seems to drag on for..

I’ve never cried so much.

Review from Wolfsong →

Omg I cried within the first 10 min and kept me crying throughout the whole book 😩. This book now has a chokehold on me. The writing style of the author is so different than other books I’ve read and kept me riveted. The narrator did such an amazing job. I’m going to have to..
