Easy to follow characters and long enough to build upon each person. I will continue to listen to books from this author.

Review from My Darling Girl →
I would call this more a generational drama with a metaphore of the supernatural to explain mental illness, generational abuse and trauma. This should not be genera-ed as Paranormal, supernatural, thriller, or scarey. If I was looking for a family drama with twists that shadow into the paranornal, the. it would have been great. sorry…
Explanations. The book was very informative and offered very practical information. I recommend it to anyone who can listen to this book.
My Christian faith keeps me secure in reality of the dangers of the dangers around me. This book should be about a loving family preparing for the death of a loved one. And it is, but it is not. It shares how one’s own mind can be turned against one self in the right conditions,..
This story is very far from what I expected. The premise about the mom is pretty absurd and the ending was utterly unsatisfying.
Lynn Austin wrote another wonderful story. I thoroughly enjoyed the intrigue, true love, and ultimate grace.
Review from 30 Covert Emotional Manipulation Tactics: How Manipulators Take Control in Personal Relationships →
Concise content and worthwhile information to be aware of concerning manipulation. Author provides helpful checklists. I appreciate the recommendation to listen.
This was a very beautiful and inspiring story. The complexity of the characters, each so different, allows the reader to take something out of each one to apply to their own lives.
Nice read overall. The story was a bit predictable but I still enjoyed it. Good anti-Christmas read.
If you are looking for a good book about the presidency and assassination of President Garfield pass on this one. This book is more about other individuals and less about President Garfield. A huge disappointment to me.
