As a fan of GBBO, you will catch all of the Lingo and references. The mystery part is just ok. I found a couple of the characters voices/cadence annoying. Having said all of that, it is a light and easy listen.

It was a really well done and fairly short historical summary of the assassination of President Garfield and from a bit of a different perspective. I would also suggest an excellent book on the same subject call Destiny of the Republic. It is much more detailed and a truly excellent book

I really enjoyed listening….until the end. There wasn’t enough umphf in the big reveal. I was hoping it was something more unexpected than it had been. Underwhelmed by the ending- which is the best part of a mystery. 🙁
