I bought this audiobook and the Kindle version. The information is extremely helpful, and listening to the audio helps to interrupt my thinking spirals, but the narration is terrible. I can still appreciate the information, but, to me, the narrator sounds like my Alexa.

This was an excellent book. It was so clear and actionable. The narrator refers to many sections of the book that include lists. It would be very helpful to have a PDF to download and print.

The book is pretty good overall but the reader seemed so painfully robotic to me it was hard to get through.

I loved the story, and I liked most of the performance. With the bulk of the main characters being seniors, it was spot on. However while reading the younger character (who was also the narrator) the voice should have been a bit lighter. I will read more in the series.
