the book was helpful and informative the narrator was clear and easy to understand some of the stories could have been shorter but otherwise it was a good listen. The material that came with the audiobook was helpful as well.

This is my second Lynn Austin book. I simply do not have praise high enough for Lynn Austin. Her stories are remarkable and bring such hope in these uncertain times.
Good info on defining boundaries, and help on setting and enforcing them. Definitely would recommend.
