Engaging characters. Entertaining stories. I would highly recommend this book. I will likely get other books by this author.

This was such a ride. This is my first introduction to Black Ocean and it took me a long time to realize it was a spin off. Every character is written well, the overall story is surprising and fun, and the humor had me laughing the whole way. I have no regrets starting the series..
The narration for Michael was amazing as always the story took a few turns that I just didn’t care for but in the end, it all works out to be a decent ending. still worth the listen hands down will probably listen to it again.
I spent my credit on this one because of how long it is. I’m disappointed and definitely feel like I chose badly and wasted my one credit. I’m half way through it and it has yet to hold my attention. I do not feel drawn to the characters and the story is kind of all..

The First book was pretty good, but after that the death spiral begins. The ultimate in political corruption, rule by committee. No laws, few rules and little oversight. A world governed by a few with delusions of a better life through bringing humanity back from extinction to be used as vessels to experience the past…
Someone else either started writing instead or the publisher told the author that the story wasn’t Adult enough. Lots of sex (even with fourteen year olds), expletives, drugs. It’s like a completely different audience carve-out

This book contains sexual abuse and assault with torture. It’s really should come with a warning. The book has mostly female characters yet a male narrator.
Very entertaining, not going to go into details but I do like his writing. Vert detailed paired with a great narrator.
