Just wow I loved this series so much. It filled in the whole that Firefly left. I would love to watch this if it was on T.V. It would win over all those syfy fans out there. it is such a big genera it would be so welcomed. Can’t wait for more black ocean.

this author is quickly becoming one of my favorites and this narrator is doing what he was born to do. this is a fun, morally challenging journey through science destroying magic. a good listen all around!!

I’ve listened to the black ocean series a couple times now. Naramore nails the characters as Morin weaves a tale of adventure that never seems quite as dark as the actions taken by the crew. Listen for a light, quick paced romp that won’t fill the hole but can sure scratch the itch.

Listened to the whole thing and was sad to have it end. The TV show inspiration is clear as each mission plays out like a good single episode. Admirable chuckle worthy moments. Great tales that are read well.
